This card was the most difficult card for me, not making it, but having to make it for a friend who's husband passed away yesterday. He was only diagnosed 3 weeks ago with Cancer of the Liver. He will be sorely missed.
Its a book card, which I think lends itself to this sad occasion. I must say I shed more tears making this card as we have know the couple for at least 45yrs. 
Lillie's seem to be the flower associated with Sympathy so that is the way I went for this card. The paper I used was Laura Ashley. I love her vintage style. If you like the book card, the turorial is hereGod Bless Matty.
